Villa West Inn

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are slowly but surely updating the facility, and the office looks great now. It's a great place to get some rest for the night and get back on the road. They have kept their process very affordable, while the rest of the hotels are acting like they're resorts in Cancun. My boss forgot his cell phone charger, and they found it, called him, and kept it until we came the next visit. I'm sure we'll be back in the Odessa area soon, and when we need a place to crash for the night, it'll be at the Villa West Inn.

Fantastic water pressure in the shower!! The room was very nice, bed was so comfy, the pillows were to hard and flat for my liking. Room was clean, has microwave, fridge, no coffee maker in room. I will definitely stay again!

Nice for the price! Management was super and worked us in through a medical emergency. I returned a week later. The room was clean and they recognized me! This is a safe place and seems to be full most of the time. Bed was comfy, bath was tidy and people were kind. Although it is not a 5 star place it satisfies your needs. The Motel 6 across the highway was full, dirty and front desk clerk was hateful.

Very good service. Room cleaned everyday. I was also always treated with a smile.

I liked this place. It was clean. My room was very tastefully decorated. Dark blankets on the bed contrasted with the light upholstery on the chair. The work table had a soft central work area. Hangers, ironing board, iron. Dark and quiet at night and at naptime. Highly recommended

Rooms are getting updated. Beds are clean. Very basic but perfect if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Stayed here on two occasions in the last two weeks. Stayed with children and felt safe. Would stay here again especially considering the price compared to the area.

Not much to look at from the outside, but have to say they keep your room the cleanest of any hotel I've stayed at! Very quite, great place to stay for somebody traveling for work. Would not recommend for kids, no pool, etc.

I just had triple bypass and left hospital and came here. We stayed here back 4 or 5 months ago, and glad we found them. Cleaning staff extremely nice. And no bed bug worries. My husbands truck and tools have not been bothered. Rooms are large, decore a little outdated. But a great value. For a quite, safe, convenient place to stay, with great I-20 access. And In process of updating at this time. Not sure why only listed as one star. Management even called friend at nearby motel, during my hospital stay so family could be close by, since they were full. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful to us.
